Trespassing and Fishing Prohibited on CDD Property

The Oak Creek Community Development District (CDD) has a Trespass Agreement in place with the Pasco County Sheriff’s Office, authorizing law enforcement to enforce trespassing laws on all CDD-owned property.

Trespassing is prohibited on all CDD-owned areas, including but not limited to:

  • Pond banks
  • Easements
  • Drainage and infrastructure areas

Fishing Policy

Fishing is permitted only in the following designated ponds:

  • Pond 1
  • Pond 6
  • Pond 18

Fishing is strictly prohibited in all other CDD ponds. This policy applies to both residents and non-residents.

The Pasco County Sheriff’s Office is authorized to respond to and enforce trespassing and fishing violations on CDD property. Residents may contact the Pasco County Sheriff’s Office to report individuals who are trespassing or fishing in unauthorized areas.
